Anitech Solutions ยท Current COO Artifact Gateway

AI-Native Delivery OS

This gateway now points to the current BetFlow OS process map as the source of truth. Older AI-native SDLC, Agentic BetFlow, and client product delivery concepts have been superseded by the new workflow unless specifically needed as archive context.

Current Source Of Truth

BetFlow OS is now the canonical operating process for the Anitech COO workflow. It contains the end-to-end process map Jack requested: touch points, stakeholders, tools, meetings, ceremonies, decisions, outputs, and control rules.

What Was Tidied

  • Removed the old SDLC phase map from the main Anitech route.
  • Removed v1 Agentic BetFlow from primary navigation.
  • Removed the client product process page from primary navigation.
  • Kept archive routes available but clearly marked as superseded.
  • Kept Command Centre return paths explicit.

Current Artifacts

Use these for review, presentation, and working discussion.

Operating Rule

The Anitech workflow should now be discussed through BetFlow OS, not the older Scrum-first SDLC framing. The unit of control is a bounded bet with a named owner, appetite, risk tier, proof standard, workcell, and allocation decision.

Review Path

  • Start with the BetFlow OS process map.
  • Use the LMS example when a concrete walkthrough is needed.
  • Use the Google Doc for editing and leadership comments.
  • Use archived pages only to compare with prior thinking.

Superseded Archive

These older artifacts are kept for traceability. They should not be used as the current process unless explicitly revived.

Agentic BetFlow v1

Migration bridge from Scrum-heavy delivery toward governed human-agent work. Superseded by the BetFlow OS process map for current workflow discussion.
