Leacam LinkedIn + Gojiberry Launch Plan
The next-steps plan for Buffer setup, Gojiberry setup, approvals, pilot limits and first two-week execution.
Leacam LinkedIn + Gojiberry Launch Plan
Date: 2026-05-13
Owner: Fred / Jack OS
Status: Draft plan — approval required before account connections, purchases, posting, outreach, or campaign launch.
Executive recommendation
Start with a controlled two-lane LinkedIn GTM pilot:
- Content lane — Buffer
Use Buffer to schedule and approve posts from:
- Mark's personal LinkedIn profile.
- Leacam's LinkedIn company page.
- Intent/outreach lane — Gojiberry
Use Gojiberry to identify high-intent property-management/property-services prospects and run a conservative, approval-gated LinkedIn conversation pilot from Mark's personal account.
The key principle: content warms the market; Gojiberry turns visible intent into conversations. Do not launch automation until Mark/Alison accept the LinkedIn account-risk tradeoff and daily/weekly limits.
What needs to happen next
Phase 1 — Confirm access and ownership
Required from Mark / Alison / Leacam:
- Confirm who owns/administers the Leacam LinkedIn company page.
- Confirm Mark is comfortable posting from his personal profile 3x/week.
- Confirm whether Jack/Fred/Alison will draft posts and whether Mark must approve every personal-profile post.
- Confirm who replies to comments and DMs.
- Confirm whether Leacam will use a shared Buffer workspace and who should have Team access.
Recommended operating rule:
- Mark's profile: Mark approval required before publishing.
- Leacam company page: Alison/Mark approval required before publishing.
- Outreach: Mark approval required before campaign launch and first message templates.
Buffer setup steps
Why Buffer
Buffer is suitable for the first version because it supports LinkedIn profiles and LinkedIn Pages for publishing, analytics and community management. It also supports approval workflows on its Team plan.
Account / plan recommendation
Recommended plan: Buffer Team, at least for launch.
Reason: Team includes unlimited team members, access levels and content approval workflows. Essentials supports one user, which is weaker if Jack/Alison/Mark need approvals and drafting.
Public pricing snapshot from Buffer pricing page:
- Free: up to 3 channels, 10 scheduled posts/channel, 1 user.
- Essentials: paid per channel, unlimited scheduled posts, 1 user.
- Team: paid per channel, unlimited team members, access levels, approval workflows.

Connect Mark's LinkedIn personal profile
- Mark logs into LinkedIn in the same browser.
- Open Buffer → Channels → Connect New Channel.
- Select LinkedIn profile.
- Authorise Buffer via LinkedIn OAuth.
- Confirm the connected channel displays as Mark's personal profile.
- Set posting schedule.
- Add approval workflow if using Team.
- Draft first 2 weeks of posts and require Mark approval before queueing.
Connect Leacam LinkedIn company page
- Confirm Mark/Alison has Super Admin access to the Leacam LinkedIn Page.
- In the same browser, log into the LinkedIn account with Super Admin access.
- Open Buffer → Channels → Connect New Channel.
- Select LinkedIn Page.
- Choose the Leacam company page from the available pages.
- Authorise Buffer.
- Confirm the page appears in Buffer.
- Assign Buffer users and permissions.
- Set company-page posting schedule.
- Draft first 2 weeks of company-page posts and require approval before publishing.
Important: Buffer states that connecting a LinkedIn Page requires the authenticating LinkedIn user to be a Super Admin of that Page. If the Page does not appear during setup, verify Super Admin access and ensure the correct LinkedIn account is logged in before connecting.

Gojiberry setup steps
Why Gojiberry
Gojiberry positions itself as an AI-led intent-signal and LinkedIn outreach platform. It claims to detect 10+ intent signals, score prospects against an ICP, run LinkedIn messages, and integrate with tools such as HubSpot and Pipedrive.

Recommended use case for Leacam
Use Gojiberry for a narrow, low-volume pilot:
- ICP: Irish property-management/property-services owners, managing directors, operations leaders and commercial leaders.
- Trigger signals: engagement with property-management / AI / automation / operations content; relevant LinkedIn group/event activity; company growth/change; job-role changes; competitor/influencer engagement.
- CTA: free 30-minute AI consultation focused on property-management workflow automation and operational efficiency.
Setup sequence
- Approval gate — confirm Mark/Alison accept LinkedIn automation/account-risk tradeoff.
- Create Gojiberry account only after approval.
- Select plan only after approval. Public pricing shows Pro at $99/month and includes 2 LinkedIn senders, unlimited LinkedIn campaigns, warm leads, AI-powered outreach and enrichment.
- Connect Mark's LinkedIn account only after approval.
- Define the ICP:
- Geography: Ireland first.
- Sector: property management, property services, residential block management, facilities/property operations, estate agency groups with property-management arms.
- Roles: owner, CEO, MD, operations director, commercial director, property manager lead.
- Configure intent signals:
- People engaging with competitors or relevant property/operations/AI content.
- Members of relevant property or facilities groups.
- Event/webinar engagement.
- Role changes and company changes.
- Create first campaign list capped to 20–30 prospects.
- Draft 2–3 message variants.
- Review messages manually before launch.
- Launch at conservative volume.
- Mark personally handles replies. Automation stops when a prospect replies.
- Review after 2 weeks before scaling.
Safety and compliance guardrails
Gojiberry's own terms state:
- Users are responsible for complying with third-party platform terms.
- Users are responsible for GDPR/CCPA and marketing-law compliance.
- Gojiberry does not guarantee accuracy/completeness of lead data or AI insights.
- Gojiberry is not liable for third-party platform restrictions, suspensions or terminations.

LinkedIn's user agreement requires members to protect their account, not share/transfer accounts, and follow LinkedIn policies. This makes LinkedIn automation a real risk area even if a vendor presents itself as safe.

Recommended pilot limits:
- Week 1: no more than 10 new connection/outreach actions/day.
- Week 2: no more than 15/day if no warnings/restrictions.
- Hard ceiling for pilot: stay materially below Gojiberry blog's cited safety limits of ~100 connection requests/week and ~50 new messages/day.
- No scraping/exporting beyond what the tool lawfully provides.
- No generic bulk pitches.
- No automated replies after a human responds.
- Include a polite opt-out/no-pressure path.

First two-week execution plan
Week 0 — setup and approvals
- Approve Buffer plan and users.
- Confirm LinkedIn Page Super Admin access.
- Connect Mark profile and Leacam page to Buffer.
- Approve 8-week content strategy.
- Approve Gojiberry pilot and risk limits.
- Create first 20–30 account/prospect seed list.
Week 1 — content warm-up only
- Publish 3 Mark posts.
- Publish 2 Leacam company-page posts.
- Mark comments 5–10 times/day on relevant property-management/AI/ops posts.
- No Gojiberry outreach yet unless all approvals and messages are ready.
- Track baseline impressions, engagement and inbound responses.
Week 2 — controlled intent/outreach pilot
- Continue posting cadence.
- Launch Gojiberry only with approved messages and capped volume.
- Review every reply manually.
- Categorise responses:
- Interested now.
- Interested later.
- Not relevant.
- No response.
- Feed market objections back into the content calendar.
Approval checklist before launch
- Mark/Alison approve Buffer purchase/plan.
- Mark/Alison confirm LinkedIn Page Super Admin access.
- Mark approves personal-profile posting process.
- Mark/Alison approve Gojiberry purchase/plan.
- Mark accepts LinkedIn automation risk and daily/weekly pilot limits.
- Mark approves first 2 weeks of posts.
- Mark approves first campaign ICP and first 20–30 prospects.
- Mark approves message templates.
- Owner assigned for replies and booking calls.
My recommendation
Do not start with heavy automation. Start with:
- 3 Mark posts/week — founder-led, practical, opinionated.
- 2 Leacam page posts/week — proof, services, case-study framing.
- 10–15 highly relevant Gojiberry actions/day only after week 1, once content is live and Mark has warmed the market.
This keeps Leacam credible while still moving quickly toward net-new business.
